الف ممدودہ (آ)اور الف مقصورہ (ا)(1)

It has two forms, simple noon with a dot 'n' and a non-dot noon ghunna 'n' which is a nasal sound. This sound is also used in French,

h which has different forms such as 'ہ''h' and 'ھ''h' in which the latter is called two eyes 'ھ' “ha”. It is mostly used to make mixed letters like چھ, بھ, etc. And this is the “Digraph” mixture you are asking about.
ءA substitute for vowels (1)
Some take it as a different letter, as in words likeدائرہ 'Daira'. But in many places, it is used only as an accent where it is not considered a separate letter. This is a principle of counting or not counting the letters, the people they count is a separate letter for them it also applies when alphabet numbers are calculated in alphabetical order.
