Why do humans have more rights than other animals?

1. As far as I understand, this is the height of the goal, object, and the purpose that determines the rights. For example, if someone has high goals, potential, abilities, highly qualified, work with passion, needs of the country, working for the welfare of the people & state, people will protect, care, honour & dignify him, he deserves this, it is his legitimate right.
Animals' life, is purposeless they live without any law or regulation. In contrast, human life is purposeful, that to please their Lord, if they are engaged in the fulfilment of their purpose, they are entitled to the real rule over the world.
2. We believe that The Lord of Glory created this world for mankind. That's why He endowed humans with intellect and consciousness and given him the responsibility of the viceroy, that he can subdue the other creature & objects of this universe to fulfil his duties. For this reason, Allah equipped human beings with the weapons of intellect & reason to rule the world. And He has created all other creatures too, human beings can lawfully take benefit and bring them into their work but can't be cruel to them.
Keep in mind that giving more rights and power to a human does not mean that he oppresses other creatures, no one in the world should oppress anyone, oppression & cruelty will lead this world to destruction.
3. From a rational point of view, if we glance at the lifestyle and way of thinking of human beings and animals, humans perceive the surroundings with the help of the five senses. The same five senses are also present in animals to some extent, but its power can't be compared with humans. Because humans have more knowledge, intellect, and consciousness. That's why humans are the ruling class in this world and have more rights.
